My name is Dácil Gutiérrez García, and I am the founder of DGG Arquitect, a studio founded in 2016. I come from a family that has been in the construction industry since the 1970s.

I studied architecture at the European University of Madrid, graduating in 2007.

During and after my studies, I worked for other architects on the island and in other countries such as Germany and Israel, even in civil engineering, until opening my own studio in 2016.

In my dealings with clients, I like to be straightforward and speak clear, tailored language so that anyone, even those not familiar with this field, can understand all the project processes.

My main goal is to establish an equal relationship with my clients so I can translate their ideas into architectural reality. I provide them with all the ideas and advice, based on my experience, to create homes and spaces best suited to their needs and tastes.

My first meetings, even before signing any work contract, focus on explaining to the client all the steps involved in the completion of their project, from start to finish. I explain the estimated timelines and costs for each involved party (college associations, architects, builders, city councils, etc.).

In addition to housing projects, we also offer various services such as feasibility reports, technical certificates for opening or change of use of premises, segregations, various licenses, swimming pool projects, urban planning regulations, and legalization of existing buildings. and ultimately solve any problem related to the world of architecture that our clients have.
